- Lead Character/Vehicle artist responsible for scheduling and overseeing vehicle and character asset creation.

- Set up and managed the entire character and vehicle outsourcing effort. I created the pipelines, managed the schedules and was responsible for approving and implementing the assets for the game.

- Along with creating assets I worked with outside OEM licensors gathering and inventorying art reference assets that were to be     created for the game.

- I am able to multi-task and adapt to  production situations. I have 2 years experience designing and maintaining art production pipelines, and solving productivity problems.

-I have over 5 years management experience including managing internal and external art production pipeline design, implementation and maintenance, conducting employee reviews, and interviewing and hiring personnel.
